I agree with you and Mueller is an arrogant prick who thinks he can toss the Judge a bone.

The judge specifically asked for this document.
I don't think he did that just so he could "castigate" Mueller and let the case stand.
Personally, I think everyone involved in the case knew all along what was going on ... and the judge and Flynn's legal team waited until they had irrefutable evidence of prosecutorial misconduct before they would take the next steps.

Your prediction is a likely one, but boy the persecution of Flynn is really on display. It is very unusual that the judge told them to provide the original interview notes - and they didn’t.
