Yes, a lawyer/bureaucrat raised to the level of her incompetence. Now she’s a senator who never earned an honest dollar in her life, except through political maneuvering and special favors.
Remember in 2016 when the Fake News said Trump was “not qualified”. LOL! Go Trump! He’s on a roll. Don’t see how the House Dems can stop him. Are they any more difficult to manage that Ryan’s House?
Not much different. The Dems now have to compromise to say they accomplished something. Sounds like a significant deal is in the making in 2019.

Yes, I sensed that at the Kavanaugh trials where she pushed only so far then cowered back into her corner. She was at least smart enough to realize she was way out of her league sparring with a legal mind like Kav.
As much as I hated the way Kav was treated, looking back it turned out to be a teachable moment. Because Kav admirably stood up for himself, things went well, as they did for Clarence Thomas.

Yeah, but how about Schumer? I guess it doesn't work for everybody :- ) Taking off the glasses to make a point can be a powerful gesture, too. I like Senate theater. Cruz, Rand Paul, and Lindsey Graham are two of the best. Can you imagine Harris sparring with those three? I can't -- which is why Harris is going nowhere. |
