The person somehow believes everyone knows what they're referring to.

As vanities go, this one isn't bad. It gives you some information to figure it out.

My favorite vanities have headlines like, 'I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT I JUST SAW ON TV!'

And when you click on the headline you get, 'I'M SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW!'
