Too bad Philadelphia isn’t a sanctuary for small children.
I wish I was a billionaire or had at least enough that every time one of these judges let someone like this go I could offer that criminal a free home and stipend in the closest house to the judge or their children that money could buy, even if in a gated community. I would gladly pay it to see the judges face when his new neighbor, the rapiest he just released, is seen eyeballing his wife, daughter, or little grand daughter. Perhaps then judges would think twice about unleasing scumbags to prey on the public if he and his loved ones are included.
