Why are pre-filled out “absentee” ballots being accepted at polling stations at all? This should be against the law! The whole point of an absentee ballot is that you sign it and send it in. If you’re PHYSICALLY AT THE POLLING STATION you need to sign to get your ballot right there.
Personally, I don’t think he’s smart enough to get away with any shenanigans.
