In a CNN interview, family attorney of Cesar Sayoc says Sayoc is mentally ill and not intellectually equipped to carry out the package bomb conspiracy, and that there may be "others who helped prod or encouraged him to do this". Sayoc's longtime friend is a former CIA officer who describes himself as doing "post-retirement work in support of the U.S. Intelligence Community".
A not so little known fact: color ink-jet and laser printers encode their serial numbers in barely visible yellow dot patterns spread all over the page. It's called the Machine Identification Code, and it was invented to help trace computer-printed counterfeit bills.
Yes, it's impossible to believe that a communist Marine sharpshooter from a perfect vantage point and short range could do it...

Yup.
And apparently this reporter believes a person with this much operational experience would pick the complete opposite of someone who blends into the background to do the bombings in Cesar Sayoc.

Truth be told, I yet lack evidence that “Robert Bowers” is a real identity. Nobody seems to know him.

No, in that case I’d suspect it was Bernie not Trump being framed, but it’s still a frame-up job on somebody.
My doubts about the official story with Sayoc stem from well before he was identified as a suspect. Still can’t get a definite straight answer on how CNN got their package, whether they were mailed or not, postmarking questions, questions about the stamps, etc. Far too many loose ends and changed stories to believe the CNN version of this tale.
If it were true that he lacks the intellect to build and distribute the packages, that would make him the ultimate Patsy.
This close to an election there would be not time to investigate or prove it. The effect on the election would be irreversible by the time he was cleared. Just one catch , the right people have to be in power after the election to ensure the investigation doesn’t ensnare anyone else involved.
I could imagine a scenario where this guy had the right history, right alibis (none) and right vehicle to become a perfect donkey just waiting for tail to get pinned on him.
I, admittedly, would rather this conversation be about a liberal nut job with some weird idea of how to make Republicans look bad and swing the election. But just as it is seemingly impossible that he could have pulled this off alone, it also is just as unlikely that handful of co-conspirators could have planned and executed this without long term planning. much less being certain that it would swing enough votes to either party. But, the number of packages, the timing and only one man , makes me suspicious. And in that suspicion, know I’m not alone..
Unfortunately for me, I am only certain of one fact. This is not the act of a Constitutional Conservative. It is the work of a seriously damaged mind and soul. I am glad that none of the bombs were able to take a single life. Hopefully, it will not result in votes that will harm the whole country.

Prado sets up covert assassination units with professionals to do the work.
