In a CNN interview, family attorney of Cesar Sayoc says Sayoc is mentally ill and not intellectually equipped to carry out the package bomb conspiracy, and that there may be "others who helped prod or encouraged him to do this". Sayoc's longtime friend is a former CIA officer who describes himself as doing "post-retirement work in support of the U.S. Intelligence Community".

OK so if this is true, and that’s the guy who was working as a bodyguard for “narco bosses” then it wouldn’t be a stretch to see this guy being part of the open borders crowd. Those look like they were made on a large format printer. Check all Kinkos in the area and similar printing establishments. See if he was the one doing the printing. Color printers put matrices of yellow dots on the paper (“machine identification code”) which will ID the printer.
Living in a van narrative, which may be true, doesn’t jibe with where he gathered and assembled the bomb devices. If the family attorney is skeptical that he had the mental capacity or skill set to assemble the devices it means he was probably set up and acted in the capacity of courier.
