DeSantis is on his toes. He has to be. Gilliam is attacking and not giving an inch. Gilliam is lying and won't answer the questions directly. Gilliam is perfect for keeping his supporters riled up without any facts. It's a shame that he can get away with the lying and obfuscation but it is what it is. When an uninspiring Republican is in office and things not going well advantage goes to the Democrat. Hopefully DeSantis will win but the shame is that Gilliam has a chance.
Comes a time when you have to fight for what you want...De Santis needed to up his game....

The demographics in Florida favor the Democrats.
If they get their core voters to the polls, Gillum and incumbent Senator Nelson (D) will win.
42% of Florida residents are Black or Hispanic.
Even with the “Conservative” Cubans, just 40% of Hispanics are Republicans.
White Florida voters are also problematic.
A substantial number are Jewish or migrated to Florida from New York and New Jersey, and they are heavily Democrat.
Who cares?
Desantis got really pi**ed when the host tried to set him up on race.....then GIllum climbed on.....both trying to make this about race.....Desantis hit back!

It is NOT only the FL. SC. it is FL. with a DEM Governor in the POTUS election of 2020 FL. in this election is a must win state FL. can NOT fall into Dem hands for Governor!!!! Especially NOT a Marxist Dem Governor this guy reminds me SO MUCH Obammie it is SCARY!!!!
Plus control of state elections, the Secretary of State in Florida oversees elections statewide and is appointed by the governor, not elected.
With control of the elections and Gillum being an avowed sanctuary state fan the state house and senate could be effected as well as the 2020 redistricting via elections overseen by Gillum’s appointed Secretary of State.
Steyer has poured $2 million into Gillum election war chest because, in my opinion, Gillum can be bought and will owe Steyer favors. Steyer is a proponent of the cult of climate change, so if Gillum is elected Steyer can have pocket book repayment by Gillum. Gillum has already shown as mayor of Tallahassee he can be bought.

I thought DeSantis did well. He hit Gillum hard on corruption, his lack of honesty, his radical associations, support for sanctury cities, and softness on crime. DeSantis is not an exciting candidate but he showed strength of character and a well informed concern for the future of Florida.
