One of my neighbors explained a lot of it to me, he worked at the local sorting facility amidst the machines. I mail hundreds of items so I needed to know when they would be machine sorted and when they would be hand sorted. That’s how I found out how things get bar coded (or not) and canceled (or not). Some of it is machines, some by hand. These bulky packages would be done by hand.
My impression, this is going to turn out to be a lone wolf “progressive activist” acting outside of the top down centrally controlled Democrat narrative much like the pitiful Avenatti. It will do more damage than it will help, as far as Democrat objectives, much like Avenatti. Heck, it’s so amateurish yet so desperate and splashy, has anybody checked into Avenatti himself? Uncancelled stamps will be reused therefore they are cancelled with a mark. Hand cancelled with irregular, nonstandard packages, automated with standard automatable mail.

I get entire batches of my mailings delivered uncanceled. Mainly that happens with postcards but also sometimes with envelopes. I also receive uncanceled mail from various junk mailers. It depends on how they mail it. Sometimes there will be a dozen old commemorative stamps on it that they bought for less than face value.
You seem to be trying to make the case that these hoax bombs were sent through the USPS. Is that what you believe?

Someone jokingly mentioned Hogg as a possible suspect. I’m not suggesting that he is, but it occurs to me that a person or persons about his age may be responsible, due to the extreme amateurish character of the devices. And putting a “Cable Guy” fake Isis sticker on it sounds like something an adolescent would do. I can picture 2 or 3 teenaged boys giggling while putting them together, and one of them saying, “Hey, let’s put this red neck fake Isis sticker on it!” But then, they couldn’t coordinate getting them delivered the same day. That’s the puzzling part.
