Most of the bitter Never Trumpers will not be in the Congress next year. A lot of people like Flake-Corker-Ryan-McCain will be gone.True but I fear that Myth Romney will pick up the slack with relish.

True but I fear that Myth Romney will pick up the slack with relish. I don't think so, the game has changed since Kavanaugh. Mitt will be assimilated. The McCains and Flakes are gone.

Romney is a go along to get along kind of guy. He is no McCain, a fire breathing dragon anxious to kill his friends and make nice with his enemies.
Romney tries to portray himself as a peace maker, a statesman, above the fray and anxious to bring everyone together.
He will be dismayed by the Democrats and will, I predict, find himself in the first real conflict of his life by opposing Democrat initiatives.
