If even one percent of dem voters fie from heart attacks over the next few years, it will help at the polls.
The stress is killing them.
They’re all dressed up with no country to destroy.
Overturn the Kelo decision
That is my first wish, too.
Also SCOTUS needs to review rulings on “standing” which is used by courts to throw out too many challenges instead of ruling on the merits of cases.

In the 1971 Swann v. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education ruling, the Supreme Court ruled that the federal courts had the discretion to include busing as a desegregation tool to achieve racial balance.

Roe
Bakke
Kelo
It also forced the Kansas City Board of Education to increase taxes to pay for social engineering.
Can’t do that in court. You will need the usual process of 2/3 of each House of Congress and 3/4 of states, and it ain’t gonna happen.
I would like to see the “precedents” of Roe and Obergefell treated like Dred Scott and Plessy vs. Ferguson!!!!
All of the gun rights cases from California the court has previously refused to hear.
Agree on Kelo.
Would like to see something rebuking civil forfeiture without criminal conviction.
Not really. They’ll still vote.
if you don't believe it then do it to throttle him
Griswold v. Connecticut: No undifferentiated “right to privacy”
Everson v. Board: No “wall of separation between church and state”
Griggs v. Duke Power: Differing outcomes do not prove discrimination
Issue a ruling that a state may not restrict magazine size, may not ban any handgun or rifle or shotgun, may not require registration of guns, may not ban private sales, MUST permit open carry, will accept ccw reciprocity with every other state and will be a “shall issue” state with respect to concealed carry permits.
That alone will cause leftists nationwide to blow a gasket. :^)

LOL, so much fun!
I’ll give you more than 3 - pick your poison (but either #2 or #3 should definitely be there):
1. Overturn the Kelo decision (gov’t seizure of property for non-public use);
2. Some firearms case challenging a NY, CA, NJ, etc. magazine ban - and having it tossed on its ass.
3. A firearms case challenging the constitutionality of the 1934 National Firearms Act - based upon the lack of limitation necessarily implied in the word “arms,” and upon the “Letters of Marque and Reprisal” language in Article 1, Section 8 (those Letters are Congressional authorization to act as a privateer against an enemy nation - both its commercial traffic and its military. So how is one supposed to take on a foreign military without having automatic weapons, RPGs, etc.? After all, back during the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812, those granted Letters of Marque already possessed ships with dozens of cannon).
4. Roe - You can take any position you want on whether or not abortion should be allowed. However, there is no actual Constitutional basis for the Roe decision - it is a chimera, built on top of a mirage, constructed over Death Valley snowflakes on July 4...IOW, the Supremes just made up the law as they went along. Justice Thomas has an excellent saying hanging in his chambers, based upon this line of cases: “Do not emanate on the penumbra.” IOW, don’t make shit up.
BTW, if your old college buddie starts going apeshit over you throwing Roe into the ring, ask him a simple question: “Why is it that you Leftists see a right to abortion in the Constitution where the word and the concept are nowhere to be found, yet you cannot seem to understand that the explicitly stated “right to keep and bear arms” actually means something?” That’ll probably reduce him to incoherent slobbering.
5. Some challenge to the Patriot Act and its multiple violations of the 4th Amendment - I just ITCH for the fed.gov to be taken down a few notches. They do NOT own us - they work FOR us, and damned well can protect us without strip-searching 85-year-old nuns from South Dakota.
