The left is in a tizzy. They really do believe that any time they lose, it's ipso facto illegitimate.

The two skank, extremist political hack Justices should just move the the right of Roberts and become the swing votes [libtards...].

Liberal judges basing every decision on their liberal feelings and emotions instead of the constitution worried they are viewed as too political. Yeah.....ok.

Well, if they stepped down, it would go a long way to end that division.
“Divisiveness” to the Left always mean failure to obey them.
To: TBP
In other words, the role of the court is to comfort leftists. Got it.

Without the rule of law, you got nothing.
Make stuff up, bend the rules, then wonder why no one cares about the rules.

the court should not be, is not intended to be a political branch of government
but that ideal, so carefully crafted by our founders of our republic, went bye-bye (under FDR) and again under Clintoon/Obammytoon
it is ironic how some of the commie leftist ideologues on the court are just NOW getting “concerned” about itrs politicization.... they expressed no such concerns while they were ‘ruling the roost’ on the court for the CPUSADNC

If they are so concerned about a politically divided court, then maybe they should consider moving themselves more toward a constructionist perspective. Problem solved. Kumbayah.

I guess these people have never thought about just abiding by and upholding the constitution. It’s not exactly rocket science.

Well, on the one hand, some justices read the law and apply the law.
And on the other hand, some justices are Progressive activists who legislate from the bench.
So, yeah, there is some division. But we’re working to end that.
