It never was going to be outright over turned. They will allow more states to impose restrictions, 24 hr. waiting periods, sonograms viewed by the mothers, taxpayer funds prohibited. At the worst for the choice crowd the court would kick abortion law back to the states where it should have remained to begin with.

Overturning Roe is synonymous with “kicking it back the states.” All Roe did was ban states from outlawing abortion.
