She was scared of the polygraph test.
It was stressful.
( The polygrapher was just quoted as saying she was only asked two questions).
This woman has three degrees and is a college professor.
Her little miss innocent act is nauseating.
Grassley deferring to liar again. Her defense team comforting her.
Her little miss innocent demeanor, is, to me, proof of her insincerity.
Did not know what “ exculpatory” means?? REALLY??
A psychologist with three degrees who is a tenured professor.
I agree, ZULU. See my post #64.
My seven-year old granddaughter would be much better at attempting a deception.
Ford is more like my five-year old grandson. Transparent but not in a good way.
Sad if it happens.
Need to wait until tonight.
See this:
That bastard Grassley is to blame for all this.
He should have held the vote as scheduled. The allegations were not produced in time.
The GOP should NOT have surrendered THEIR right to question her and Kavanaugh. They did this because they are GUTLESS COWARDS.
Can't disagree with you on this.
The ONLY thing I can say in Grassley’s defense is he was probably being held hostage by Flake and that woman from Maine and that woman from Alaska.
He - we - can't afford to lose their votes and still win the upcoming vote. Grassley, I suppose, was breathing oxygen onto hope as long as there was a flicker of life.
So sickening I even turned Rush off.
I have listened to all of it so far.
90% +++ of what she is saying or giving in her answers are truly ‘GENERIC’ answers that could apply to a wide range of unwanted attention.
She was always flying, so her contention that she could ‘not fly’ seems to be no more than a serious week long plus DELAY is pushing this confirmation into a quicksand of time’s up. IF that was a lie- can she be charged with what she caused to happen-—the delays?
I am curious about her ‘going as usual’, to the Country Club to swim & practice her diving. She apparently DID NOT have a driver’s license. IF she was spending a number of days each week at the facilities at the Country Club, what was her usual method GETTING THERE & GETTING HOME?
The map shows ‘as the crow flies’ it is over 6 miles between the Country Club & her own home. I seriously doubt that a 15 yr old girl WALKED that distance back & forth. She doesn’t mention riding a bicycle. She isn’t telling the committee that she was driven by a family member or a household staff member.
How she got home may seem a little fuzzy, but the multiple times a week she used the CC facilities is an entirely different story. That is a serious question for me.
So far, I am NOT impressed that Kavanaugh is the person she had interaction with at that event.
I am NOT clear on the idea that the outside prosecutor—Mitchel— will be questioning Kavanaugh——I thought she was ONLY replacing the Republican MEN for the questioning of Ford.
I would like to know how drunk she was at that party””
ONE BEER? How large a container?
Had she eaten ANYTHING after swimming/diving??
How fast did she drink that beer?
How much did she weigh at that age? It has a severe bearing on how fast the beer hit her system.
I am not buying this. She may have had a bad encounter-—but I still do NOT think it was Brett Kavanaugh.
Did they ask her why she waited till after the confirmation hearings were over to make her accusation public?
Yeah, I know. I mistyped. I meant to say Grassley.
Grassley isn't doing anything useful.
What actual piece of evidence did Christine Blasey Ford really give? I did not see or hear any. On the other side Kavanaugh has the testimony of everyone else Ford testified was at this affair that it did not happen and they were not there.
