Kavanaugh’s accuser could be lying....
If you were a Conservative nominee to the SCOTUS, you could have not touched a girl outside of wedlock all your life and still be accused.
The NSA most likely has the truth. This entire fraud was pre-arranged. Most like there were intercepted communications during the process since the NSA now captures everything. If only they could talk.
This is politics. The Dems. do not like not being in power.

No, her memory is just fine, it’s her lying that should be questioned.
ALL PEOPLE have a tendency to ‘remember’ things based on HOW THEY FELT and not upon what actually happened.
I’ll give an example. Your friend is telling you about a run-in with his boss. Your friend says, “I was like... That is such a stupid idea.”
You say, “you said that to him?”
He says, “well... No. I was thinking it though.”
The Dims have been saying since his nomination that they would do anything to stop his confirmation. Their more vocal supporters have held their Senators feet to the fire (especially Feinstein) to do anything they can to stop Kavanaugh and Trump by extension. So, true to their word and what they said they would do they are now pushing perhaps one of the weakest accusations in history. Is anyone really surprised? Remember, liberals believe that the ends justify the means in their world view.
Her ‘memory’ is slowing filling in gaps to make the overall narrative make sense.
Whether that is due to attorney/political prompting or her own doing, it could still be considered ‘false’ memory.
The New School is quite liberal, but it does some good work and offers some good classes.

Was she drinking? it sounds like she remembers fragments. if it was her that was actually “stumbling drunk”, someone could have done something resembling what she says happened, but it could have been anybody.
When you read her backstory, it’s clear this was all manufactured for a character assassination. The dems know it, the media knows, most republicans probably know it. The dems should get acting awards for the grave concern they are showing over these accusations.
Memory test: I remember a Christmas party in Dec. 1963 at which two of my friends got drunk - one dead drunk and asleep on an enclosed side porch stairway - and the other more tipsy drunk than drunk drunk.
Well, We pulled H inside to keep him from freezing and friends took him home. I took my friend home and turned him over to his sister (who I dated once and liked as a friend) and her boyfriend (her choice surprised me as he was a well known playboy and betrayer - he knocked her up, got married to her, then he and his father went to jail over an illegal business transaction). I met her a few years later and she gave me the details. She finally met a decent guy and married him.
Meanwhile, I went back to the party and ended up with a dyed hair blond who needed some comforting because it was cold.
I remember the house/street, her name, and, well, the rest of my memory is hazy. I should have taken notes in case I was ever nominated to be a supreme court judge.
Ask me what I had for dinner last week and all I can do is guess.
Now, is this a made-up story, true, or partially true? I’ll leave that up to your imagination.
