If they are a content provider, they are responsible for all content posted on their site.

Right now they are legally straddling the fence and you can’t have it both ways. This action pushes them hard to the side of being a content provider because they are controlling the content. That would mean they are responsible for every nutcase post.

I believe Facebook is making a mistake and will be open for lawsuits.
