The midterms are just around the corner and the Republican Party is struggling, Ohio Gov. John Kasich said Sunday on CBS' “Face the Nation.”
“Unfortunately, our party is shrinking,” Kasich said. “We’re now down to about 25 percent. It’s all becoming like a remnant. Parties go through this, but the party has shrunk. And in my state and in my community and in my district, we had a congressional race that the Republican who took my place was able to win by 17 points. And in this election — yes, just a couple of weeks ago — he won by the skin of his teeth.”

We had OH on our shortlist of states we’d consider moving to after escaping NYS. After we saw the disaster Kasich is leaving, we’ve scratched it off. We’ve spent time in OH. We really like it. But we won’t move there now.

Postman Jr. really means that his support is shrinking - his comments on the McCain funeral drew about 90% negative responses from people in Ohio. He was on Channel 10 in Columbus aging making a total ass out of himself.
Comparing a presidential election to a special midterm does not compute, Son-of-mailman!
And any shrinkage could be laid at the infighting by RINOs, GOPe and NEVERTRUMPERS.
Consider, oh Campaign-event-stuffer-of-food-in-face, how, after the primaries were run, and Trump won the most delegates, and they made him the nominee, how your non-support hurt your party?
The fight against Trump was over. The Republican rank-and-file spoke, but you had to defy them?
You see, John, it isn’t Trump you are going against, it’s the people who voted for him.
And doing that, basically ridiculing their choice, hurts the party more than whoever wins going on to be president.
There’s a saying on politics and sports, “Wait until next year!” Why can’t you sore losers use it?
