That was Barbara Boxer, aka 'Barbara Bouncer' due to stealing from the Congressional Post office. One of the most egregious criminal ignorant New Yawk carpetbagger who ever served in federal office.

I met her and dealt with her many years, and it's California's (and the nation's) good fortunate that she finally retired in frustration.

As a New Yawk carpetbagger in Marin County she did permanent damage to the place, which lingers to this day...
