Rosenstein knew what kind of man Mueller was before he appointed him. And we can be damn certain that Rosenstein was good with Mueller hiring Andrew Weissmann. But isn't it funny how they can interpret the clause “and any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation” to involve anybody at anytime on any matter as long as it doesn't involve the Hillary & Obama Deep State's involvement with the Russians during that 2016 campaign & election.
