I find it wholly irrelevant what her political leanings were. She was a 20-year-old college kid, brought up in a country with liberal teachers, professors, and likely parents - who likely sought to pollute her mind every step of the way.
Doesn’t change the fact that she’s an American, who didn’t deserve to have her life snatched and taken away by an illegal piece of trash.
