Tom Arnold Goes 'Crazy' on 'Kimmel,' Swears Mark Burnett and Donald Trump Know N-Word Tape Exists

"Oh, I remember this tape I saw, and I described it exactly," Arnold tells Kimmel. "He says the n-word. He calls Eric [Trump] the r-word."

Tom Arnold was all over the place during a frantic and "crazy" interview with Jimmy Kimmel Wednesday night, but all of his manic energy was aimed directly at Donald Trump.

The stand-up comedian has long been one of Trump's most vocal opponents, and he's been one of the loudest voices demanding the release of the so-called "n-word" tape that allegedly exists and contains the president using the derogatory term during his "Apprentice" years.

Arnold insists it's real and told Kimmel he recalls that tape quite vividly. "I said, Oh, I remember this tape I saw, and I described it exactly. He says the n-word. He calls Eric [Trump] the r-word. I went through it exactly. Now they call it the 'n-word' tape."

He further insisted that both Trump and "Apprentice" producer Mark Burnett also know its real. "There's two people who have never called me a liar about the n-word tape: Donald Trump and Mark Burnett," he said. "Because they know it's true. They absolutely know it's true."

The tape has returned to the national spotlight in recent days thanks to the release of Omarosa Manigault-Newman's new book "Unhinged," which is also an attack on the Trump administration. Omarosa also claims that the tape exists, and has said in recent interviews that she's heard it.

What Jimmy Kimmel doesn't understand is why he and the rest of the American people haven't heard it yet. When pressed, Arnold said, "You will."

"You keep saying you will. When? When he's like retired?" Kimmel asked. Unfortunately, Arnold's mind proved incapable of staying on one thought long enough to answer that question, or even really finish most of the sentences that he started.

Arnold waxed poetic, so to speak, about his thirty-year history with Trump. "He would call my house with Mark Burnett and beg me to do 'The Apprentice,'" he said. "And let me explain 'The Apprentice.' 'The Apprentice' is such a crappy show that I wouldn't do it. For real, that says a lot."

He suggested that he's seen a lot of footage from the show, though even beyond the "n-word tape." "He's not even the smartest Trump on the set," Arnold joked.

Watching unedited footage of Donald Trump doing that show proved eye opening for Arnold as well. "If you could see one day of Donald Trump on that set, one full day, you'll realize, Oh my god, that's what's going on in the White House. He's incompetent. He is racist. He sexually harasses people."

In the middle of all of his rambling, which really did require concentration to decipher at times, Arnold shot out, "I'm a crazy person, you know that."

"Yes, we're getting a sense of that right now," Kimmel said with a laugh.

"The fact that I am involved in such a big deal with the president tells you that he should not be president," Arnold said matter-of-fact. It certainly proves that this president and his presidency are unlike anything else.

Arnold takes his quest to Viceland in a new series premiering Sep. 18 at 10:30 p.m. ET, "Hunt for the Trump Tapes with Tom Arnold." If it's anything like this interview, it's sure to be a wild ride.
