I’m sure it’s ok to tape in the situation room without permission.Ab-so-f***in-lutely. Why, there are any number of thousands of people who routinely record other people without their knowledge in a highly-secure SCIF location like the Situation Room. It's SO not a felony. In fact, I'm pretty sure medals and cash awards are handed out for this sort of stuff.
