On The Daily Show With Trevor Noah, Omarosa Manigault Newman made sure to tread lightly when speaking of recordings she made during the Trump campaign and her time at the White House regarding racial epithets, among other things. Omarosa has been very open recently talking about why she made the tapes, citing widespread corruption throughout the administration while promoting her new book, Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House.
Besides promoting the book, Omarosa has also been releasing bits of her recordings, and in turn, Trump has been releasing tweets, calling her a “crazed, crying lowlife” and a “dog.” And though Trump will be free to tweet all he wants, Omarosa, in light of legal action taken against her by the Trump Campaign, is now being careful with what she divulges. When Noah asked why she felt the need to make the recordings, Omarosa responded, “Well, I have to be very careful because, as of today, Donald Trump has decided to sue me, or bring litigation against me to silence me and to not allow me to tell my story.” She added that she has a whole host of lawyers telling her not to give Trump any ammunition....

The non-disclousure agreement is a common practice for many businesses.
Because of this I do not see any judge or arbitrator simply tossing the agreement aside. The key will be just how restrict the agreement is.
I think Omarosa handlers thought because Stormy Daniels got around a non-disclousre agreement that she would as well. But there are at least two difference here (from what I can pick up from the news coverage) Stormy Daniels agreement was with the lawyer and a payment. Some could (and have) claimed this was hush money and the agreement is void.
With Omarosa the agreement was part of an employment application, no agreement, no job. Again common practice in business especially when dealing with celebrities who need to be assured their privacy would be protected.
There is no doubt that she is spreading information she gained only because she had signed the agreement, otherwise she would have been outside looking in and have nothing to sell.
Now, the recording in the White House is an entirely different matter. I agree with other that if not already illegal then it should be. How can there be open and frank discussions if people are afraid their every word is being secretly recorded by someone willing to sell to the highest bidder?

Re Sessions possible firing: I am pretty sure that a Sessions firing would bring Rosenweasel to the fore as the ‘temporary AG’ (let’s face it, he already is the AG) because the Senate would not approve of ANYONE that Trump put forward as a new AG. I think Trump is biding his time until he has more clout in the Senate (I HOPE for more clout in the Senate after the election)

She did ok when working for Trump’s campaign. She said she liked him a lot. Maybe she has two personalities.
Everyone has hated Omarosa from her days on The Apprentice so I am surprised Trump has ever given her any help at all.
She was race normed. Trump was looking for black women to hire to check the diversity boxes and it was a VERY short list to hire from.
