Your grilled tuna salad with melted cheese sounds yummy. Mayo and tuna are heavenly.
You might want to try this no-mayo Thai Tuna Salad.....from an accomplished caterer.
Thai Tuna Salad
Mix canned tuna, thin-sliced red onion, gingeroot, red-pepper flakes, lots of lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, s/p.
Toss in a few chp peanuts. SERVE w/ rice crackers.

Get a pouch of Starkist White Albacore packed in water. Cut open the pouch, slide the tuna onto a slice of toast. Spread mayo over it, put a slide of provolone on it and nuke for 30 seconds. There is your tuna melt.
Been doing this for 20 years.

"Too bad as yer missen out on some good & health stuff"
I've made it to 71. Everybody else in my family is dead...3 before the age of 70. One at 72, and the last at 74. There's no longevity in my family, at least for them. They all smoked. I never did. I believe in quality of life, not quantity, although I do watch what I eat because I have my own set of health issues that none of them ever did. Bad family genes.

Longevity wasn’t my point
To: 2ndDivisionVet
The size of the package seems ripe for tossing a bunch each week. 32oz is a lot to eat in one day, and that’s all I’d expect the fish to last once you open that package.
