Betting fewer still realize that Rod Rosenstein was his lawyer the first time these charges were brought, back in 2008 and the government declined to prosecute him then... Not sure how statute of limitations has not come into play after 13 years.

That's because virtually all news stories start with: Trump Campaign Manager..... And then they bring up Mueller and say he is looking into "Russian collusion".
They falsely extend and project the narrative that it's related somehow to Trumps supposed russian collusion.
