This judge must be made unemployed at the very least. Then investigated for her terrorist ties.
This is the type of actions by judges that need to be stopped if America is to survive. Judgements contradicting our laws and jeopardizing our safety need to be dealt with swiftly.
There is a lot of hyperbole in this blogpost. This was not a final ruling, just a ruling on a government motion.

The gist of the order is- “you need to provide more evidence.”
While this individual is a grade A scumbag and, in a more civilized world, would have already been hung by the neck until dead. Stripping citizenship of someone should require overwhelming evidence and a trial.
Additionally, as this is an Obama appointee, the government lawyers should have anticipated that this judge will make their job hard and prepared accordingly.

However, Yandle’s ruling was in violation of federal law.
