They can drop precision bombs against the ideological leadership. Then what? What happens when anybody in the neighborhood who is seen as supporting those who dropped the bomb can’t leave his house to go to work, without being gunned down in his driveway?
And what happens in the military bases when riflemen shoot out the power lines supplying their electricity, and sabotage their water supply?
