at the risk of sounding condescending .......the number of shootings in Canada (population 37 million) in 2018, has reached 208..in Chicago (population 6 million), over 1500 shooting have occurred, down 500 from 2017.

AGAIN——we are told that the shooter has a life long history of mental problems. REALLY?
How come those with life long severe mental problems are allowed to contaminate every community?
How come no one keeps them away from the community which is just living their day to day life & not bothering anyone?
How come the gun- a totally inanimate object gets the blame?
IF the family knew he had all these mental problems-—How did he obtain a gun?
Either this is a convenient excuse or this family is equally guilty.
I for one am far more willing to pay taxes for mental hospitals & mandatory incarceration than I am willing to see innocent people the targets of the shootings.
Look up “Muslim inbreeding”. It explains endemic mental illness among muzzies. First cousin marriage rate is 70% in some muzzie countries. Inbreeding is taboo in every major religion except Islam.
