I also don't know if it's true. But it doesn't matter. The problem for the left is that it's believable. Nobody would hear that and respond "that's ridiculous" any more. Just like so many other things that can be said about Dems.

The game plan, near as anyone sane can make it out, is to attempt to have a Hispanic bloc vote a Hispanic candidate in on terms as monolithic as 0bama’s support among black voters.
