I don’t believe that the ‘world’ is an illusion; though the way we perceive it, through our convictions and beliefs, can make it illusory in effect.

The material world is just as real as anything could be, infused with God and in union with Him; there are just gradations of closeness to and attunement with ultimate ‘reality’; and individual consciousness determines those.

We humans on Earth might be able to imagine living beyond these restrictive dimensions to some small extent; but for most of us, our current consciousness can never encompass the idea of living entirely beyond them, and we are on the lower rungs of the ladder.

Some of us, through history, seem to have seen further horizons; and to me, that inspires an absolute Wonder as to how much we have to look forward to!

One can see what one sees, but one can not see seeing.

The only thing real is the seeing itself.

The analogy the Bible uses for this is 'light.' Really, there are no words for it, so it's silly to speak of it. But hey, here we are :-)
