Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has just held a press conference in which Robert Mueller’s merry band of Clinton partisans announced the indictment of twelve Russian intelligence officers.
The indictments obviously refer to the hack of Podesta’s email.
They also finger DCLeaks and Guccifer 2.0 as entities run by the GRU and hint that Wikileaks received the information stolen information. By hint, I mean they don’t name Wikileaks but you had to be in a coma to not know who they are referring to.
Key Points from Rosenstein.
1. No evidence that any American who communicated with DCLeaks or Guccifer 2.0 knew they were communicating with the GRU. Roger Stone breathes a sigh of relief.
2. This prosecution was handed off to the National Security Division of DOJ presumably because Mueller’s team humiliated itself the last time they indicted random Russians.
3. President Trump was informed of the indictments earlier in the week.
4. There is no evidence
This is pretty similar to the last time Mueller did this. He was under pressure for indicting inconsequential people for lying to federal investigators and so he rolled out an indictment of 13 Russians and three Russian companies as if to shout: “Over there. Squirrel.” Not he’s coming off a performance by his former lead investigator that was damaging to his investigation.
This indictment is equal parts eyewash and bullsh**. The people in the indictment will never be apprehended. They won’t even be inconvenienced. Like the Russian hackers, there is no real evidence that they either exist or that the indictment is on a pseudonym which can be easily replaced. This is just Investigation Theater.
Add these 12 to list of fake indictments that libs will cite as proof of wrongdoing.
Where's the collusion ?, the whole reason given for Mueller having this current endless job?
All of this is cover for the people who should be arrested.
An UTTERLY MEANINGLESS “indictment”!
What happened to the previous indictments when one of the defendants actually showed up in court and his attorneys demanded to see the evidence against him and Mueller’s group couldn’t provide it?

No mention of the location of Hillary’s server or the DNC server, or indictments for the theft or destruction of either.
Mueller learned his lesson from his ridiculous Concord Management indictment.
However he will do it - you can be sure no one will come to challenge these indictments, and no one will ever have seen or heard of these alleged Russian agents.
Like they say in Moscow, “You can indict a bowl of Borscht”.
The last indictments back his ass down by demanding to see the evidence. I suspect these will do the same.
There is no collusion.
What you have is a simple task of getting a handshake-e-mail into the system, which blessed the GRU guys to come and browse their email system, and it got passed around to the DNC server, and the Hillary election server.
The two questions here....which might ought to be asked:
1. Did the NSA folks go and try to break into the Putin election server in 2011?
2. This 2016 hack...was it the first time? Or did the Russians hack in 2012, and 2008? Maybe you’d ask if the Russians hacked into the Clinton Foundation server, but I doubt if they’d allow the NSA or FBI to search that server.
If you review those two questions....it just goes into a bigger mess. I think both likely occurred, along with the Foundation server.
When does he indict Bad Vlad for being Evil Rooshian?
Maybe he could put Boris and Natasha on trial. His “investigation” is on the level of a cartoon.

Be funny if 2 or even 6 of these Russians showed up in court and demanded that Mueller show his evidence.
The whole point of the announcement was to try to salvage Justice’s rep. Also, to take a swipe at the Congressional Repubicans. You could tell from his pursed lips that he was still reeling from Strzok’s testimony...
Concord Management indictment.
Haven't seen anything reported on it after Mueller’s team told the court that they have plenty of ‘evidence’ but couldn't show it to anyone (including the court) for national security reasons.
Also the lawyers requested to see the ‘evidence’ shown to the ‘Grand Jury’ but the judge denied it on the grounds that it would embarrass the anonymous grand jury.
A total scam.
Mueller immediately backtracked and claimed national security / secret info. The judge called BS. Mueller then said, well, if we share it, Concord Management (the accused Russian company) will just pass evidence/info on to other people in Russia who were indicted, and those people also need to show up in court. The judge then said - OK, the two sides need to work out a deal covering confidentiality details of released evidence.
I believe Mueller has then asked for continuance (delay) but I have seen nothing since.
We will probably never see that either.
The timing must be a coincidence in that President Trump is or will soon meet with putin.
Of course the Russians, the NK, China, etc are ALWAYS hacking American political entities - if they get IN, whose FAULT IS THAT? It's like leaving your car out with the keys in it in a bad neighborhood and then blaming the crooks - Yes, it IS the crooks fault, but, Duh...
Why didn't they steal the RNC's car? because they had a BRAIN and LOCKED it...
that's my point. He won't make the same mistake twice. These people don't exist, or they are so deep inside the Russian Government, there will be total silence. Anyway, Mueller will be free to issue any propaganda and media spin he wants.
