SHOCK-Deep-State FBI Director Wray Allowed Peter Strzok to Decide Which Texts Were ‘Relevant’ to ..

FBI agent Peter Strzok testified Thursday before the U.S. House that the Office of the Inspector General allowed him to decide which of his text messages with former FBI lawyer Lisa Page he would turn over to investigators — and which he would withhold.

The text messages are central to the question over whether the FBI was motivated by political bias in recommending against the prosecution of Hillary Clinton, and pursuing as-yet-unproven claims of Russian collusion with President Donald Trump.

I keep wondering how it is that they get away with the notion that proof of non-bias is the fact that FBI kept the Trump campaign investigation under wraps until after the election. The implication is that revealing it would have been bad for Trump and therefore Hillary would have advantage. BUT...am I wrong that they were spying on the Trump team at that time and of course they would not reveal the investigation because it would expose THEMSELVES and make it impossible to set the trap/spy. Withholding that information is not proof of no bias. How are they getting away with this excuse? I must be missing something because this seems obvious.

The headline doesn't square with the article.

Strzok says the “Inspector General” allowed him to cull his own personal texts and emails.

Wray is the Director.

The IG is Horowitz, who was appointed by Obama.

Not that it matters. Trump appointed Jeff Sessions and Rod Rosenstein, who have been much more destructive to the rule of law than Horowitz.

Just like the FBI let Hillary Clinton decide which emails she would turn over.

I believe that if the Republicans do well in November that is where the serious pushback starts.

Remember the attempted ‘sale’ of Obama’s senate seat? They got to Blogovich and shut it down quick.

And the president? I recall him saying he had nothing to do with it and he asked his staff and they said they had nothing to do with it, and there was the end to it. For dems, the criminal decides whether there was a crime.

Are Wray and Rosenweasel being left in place so they can continue to create evidence?

I think it’s appropriate that emails describing the pair’s sexual mingling be kept private, but having Strzok be the only decider makes no sense.

My understanding is that the IG gave him permission to review the texts on his personal devices to see if there was anything relevant. What disgrace. Keep in mind the feds crashed into Manfort's and Cohen's home in the early morning and seized anything they wanted. Trump is being lax in not taking on the DOJ and FBI, fire Wray Rosenstein and Sessions. While Strzok is still on the gov't. payroll....go figure.

I would have made the same offer too... and when he was done doing the sorting, I’d take the texts he set aside as personal since those would be the most incriminating ones.

Kind of like serving pie to children... when you know they’ll argue over whose piece is largest. Let them cut it and avoid the whining by ruling that the first child gets to cut the pie but the second, third, and so on gets to choose which slice he wants, while the one that cut it has to accept the last piece. Never will you see a pie so evenly divided.

And the fact that those actions weren't highlighted again and again shows you that the Republicans aren't serious. It came out that Bruce Ohr from the JUSTICE DEPT provided the FBI with the phony dossier information that his wife was instrumental in fabricating during her work with Fusion GPS. They are all banking on the fact that the American public will tire of the show interrogations and the whole think will just disappear down the rathole with all the rest of the crap that the Democrats pull. It was obvious from his prissy mannerisms that Strzok believed he was one of the special people because of his special background and his special schooling in Georgetown, and these people are legion. This is a byproduct of the infiltration of our universities and the inbred civil service cadre in DC and elsewhere.

This is my take:

1. The President cannot afford to risk having his next nominees for the DOJ and FBI blocked by a razor thin Senate majority full of surrender monkeys. If he fires Sessions, Rosenweasel and Wray now, he will almost certainly be blocked.

2. The President is building a case of numerous instances of dereliction of duty, obstruction and partisanship, that he will use to justify the dismissals. The evidence yesterday that they permitted scumbag Strzok to keep his security clearance and provided him with legal counsel, should be fatal to all three of these traitors.

3. If, as we hope, the GOP has an increased majority and is no longer saddled with McCain, Flake and a few others, then Trump will fire all three on the same day and propose replacements. In an address to the Nation, he will lay out a solid case for cleaning house at the DOJ and FBI. He will give chapter and verse of their offences.

4. In doing so, he will make no mention of Mueller. He will leave that to the new AG.

I believe that this is the President’s strategy. He has only one opportunity to get this right, and he cannot afford to act with haste and then get stymied by the Senate. I’m as impatient as anyone to get rid of this cabal, but we have to trust that the President has a strategy that he will reveal at the time he believes he can successfully replace these three with competent, patriotic Americans.
