Perhaps a mini stroke, and for sure ill-fitting dentures. She sounds like she’s gagging on phlegm and ready to spit it out whenever she pronounces the “ka” sound.

I think she is on her 3rd stroke or she has full blown dementia! They should force her out! She can no longer put a sentence together!!

One or several; either that, or Alzheimer’s or some other degenerative brain condition. She’s no spring chicken, that’s for sure.

While I don’t wish her to have bad health (quite the opposite, in fact), that is quite apart from my utter disgust and anger at how anti-American she has been over the course of her career - this from someone who’s family has benefited like few other ever have because of the blessings of liberty and capitalism that are pretty much only available here.
