To: Blue House Sue
In the cases of the people that have crossed the border and requested asylum, they have not committed a crime.

Of course they have.
All sovereign countries can choose to grant legitimate asylum if sought and granted BEFORE crossing the border. Even children can understand that.

Laws that can be ignored with impunity or not subject to some form of punishment are unnecessary laws.

Why do we need any of those? Life is hard enough without having laws interpreted by self-appointed delusional nut jobs.

That's why legal systems exist. D'OH!!
