One of the interesting aspects of the IG report is the documented use of personal email by participants within the FBI small group Mid-Year-Exam (MYE) team. [pg 424]
One of those documented examples involves FBI Agent Peter Strzok downloading the content of the sealed Anthony Weiner Indictment, October 29, 2016, to his personal email address. Unauthorized extraction of a sealed SDNY indictment, and transmission to a non-secure system, is a felony.

I didn't paraphrase you; I simply copied and pasted what you wrote.
If that's fake, then maybe you want to retract what you posted? I certainly didn't put any words in your mouth; so "fake" applies only to what you yourself wrote.

I didn't see specific allegations that Strzok leaked the sealed information. There is a large section on leaks in the IG report on leaks, but it is very general. My view is Strzok has a slap on the wrist coming, and maybe more if they see the need for a fall guy. Clearly Strzok was incredibly unprofessional in his job, and it remains to be seen whether they will word it as "grossly negligent" as Hillary was and should have been charged, or water it down to "extremely careless" the way they did for Hillary.
Perhaps I am too cynical but I don't see how this report on Strzok's misconduct will result in any felony charges. One thing I do know is that Hillary is not going to be charged or "locked up".

You didn't look very hard, did you?
"During our review, we identified several instances where Strzok used his personal email account for government business. Examples included an email chain forwarded to Strzoks personal email account on December 10, 2016, discussing a draft congressional response, and draft versions of emails on his personal email account that Strzok eventually sent to other FBI employees using his government account. Most troubling, on October 29, 2016, Strzok forwarded from his FBI account to his personal email account an email about the proposed search warrant the Midyear team was seeking on the Weiner laptop. This email included a draft of the search warrant affidavit, which contained information from the Weiner investigation that appears to have been under seal at the time in the Southern District of New York and information obtained pursuant to a grand jury subpoena issued in the Eastern District of Virginia in the Midyear investigation."

If you look at my post 8, you will see I quote part of the same text that you quote. But that is not a leak. He took home some sealed information against policy. There is no claim in the report that he leaked it. In the report that he thought it was ok to take the material home to work on it.
So no leak, no felony, no jail time, at least with what we have in this milqtoast watered-down report. Strzok's conduct is suitable for a banana republic. The pertinent question is whether Congress will do anything about it. The broader question is whether the voters will do anything about Congress. But I am not optimistic.
But there is no felony listed in the report for Sessions to prosecute, and certainly nothing that Trump can do. However there should be a real investigation by someone. Another special prosecutor? That would probably be rigged.

Really?
[Trumps] not ever going to become president, right? Right?! Page texted Strzok in August 2016.
No. No he wont. Well stop it, Strzok responded.

Stop defending the crimes of the Clintons and corruption of the SWAMP! Simply answer my original question. Is there a felony committed by Strzok listed in the report? He says he took home material then "double deleted" it. By 2017 the email was long gone according to Strzok. Obviously he could be lying but that would require a real investigation to find that out.
If you want to defend "sundance" and his allegation of a felony, specfically: "Unauthorized extraction of a sealed SDNY indictment, and transmission to a non-secure system, is a felony." then specify the felony.

From the report: "But our review did not find documentary or testimonial evidence that these political views directly affected the specific investigative decisions that we reviewed in this chapter."
I agree that Strzok should be criminally investigated. But did he advocate the overthrow of Government? Trump was not President, so no, he did not. His actual crimes probably involve illegal search (Trump spying which he was involved with early on) and illegal destruction or suppression of evidence in the Hillary case.

Don't attack me, I am simply posting facts to call out the Sundances of the world when they make stuff up. If you have a felony statute and action by Strzok to back up what Sundance claims, then post it. The specific claim is:
"Unauthorized extraction of a sealed SDNY indictment, and transmission to a non-secure system, is a felony." If I am wrong, I will say so and apologize.
