I’d rather have swiss chard. At least that tastes good with pasta, tomato sauce and parmesan. The stalks aren’t too bad battered and deep fried.
I”m growing Swiss Chard. Love the stuff. I sautee it in butter.
I grew one plant as an experiment and I did nothing to it and it grew into this beautiful plant. And before I could harvest it, the top half dissappeared. The next day the bottom half dissappeared. The next year I planted enough for the deer and me. Been eating it ever since.
