While the left is busy demonizing President Trump for his remarks about the MS-13 gangs who enter our country illegally through the porous southern border, Congressional members, working against the safety interests of the American people and cheered by the leftist media and half of the voting population, are doing their best to stall, defund, and vilify any effort by our president to build a border wall and to deport the illegal criminal elements who are already in this country and have committed atrocious crimes.

Now what do we do about it?
Ok, screw it. I'll go first.
1. We start a wave by identifying states can be reformed, and we build groups to take over and vote in reps that will carry the freight.
2. Charter schools with classic American curriculum, heavy on STEM and debate/logic.
3. Coordinate volunteers to mentor and teach trades.
4. Oh yeah. Volunteers to teach the Bible and how and why our founding fathers (and Lincoln) valued it, to include why Christianity was the only religion to end slavery.
5. Teach the dangers and failures of socialism.
Drain the Education Swamp, starting at the Federal/Union/State/Bureaucracies at all levels, all the way down to the recent decades invasion of the Local School Boards by Union control!
That's just a start! Then, begin a return to small neighborhood schools, where the parents' teams of the neighborhoods control the boards, the hiring of teachers, and approval of curriculum for their own children.
Progressive regressives talk about "choice" when it fits their own agenda narrative, but deny "choice" for parents in the local community as regards their most treasured members--improvement of the learning performance of children.
Incorporate free enterprise principles into everything related to the education of children. Perhaps, then, they will learn that freedom works.

I believe it was Dr. Gary North who, years ago, coined a phrase to describe the activities of the Frankfurt and Fabian Socialists when he declared "When the socialists came to take over American, they sought to CAPTURE THE ROBES." The judiciary, the academics, the clergy and others who then (or in earlier times) wore ROPES or similar vestments as symbols of their authority or station.While they went for journalism (adult opinion molders - and Columbia, where the Frankfurt School agents landed in1935 - was a major target) they went after what used to be called “Normal Schools”, the colleges and universities specializing in TEACHING THE TEACHERS. They were spectacularly successful as every TEACHER sent forth carrying the Marxist virus infected THOUSANDS of young people in a decades long career. Can you say "exponential growth"?
They were wildly successful and we have a generations long fight on our hands - if fight we will - to turn them back. And you have only to watch CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, etc. or read the NYT, WAPO, etc. to see the results in that arena.
