“Israels Prime Minister Netanyahu, fearing a massive buildup of Iranian forces that have been taking place in Syria over the last several months, began to ‘retaliate’”
The mere presence of troops in a country that has invited them in is not in itself a justification for a deadly response.
It is not proper to bomb either Russians or Iranians in Syria except upon the request of the Syrian government.

The author is lying. Israel responded to a rocket attack by Iran forces.

Given that Syria remains in a state of war with Israel, and has attempted to obliterate the Jewish state on multiple separate occasions, in addition to harboring and sponsoring a smorgasbord of terrorist movements against Israel, anything Israel does against Syria’s government, including the assassination of its rulers, is justified. We toppled Afghanistan’s government for harboring al Qaeda terrorists and have occupied the country. Syria has sponsored terrorists that have killed more Israelis on a per capita basis by an order of magnitude as compared to our losses on 9/11. Note that Afghanistan never posed any threat of erasing the US from the map, whereas Syria has, on multiple occasions, posed an existential threat to Israel. What would we do to an Afghanistan that not only inflicted 9/11-scale casualties on US, but was also located next door and kept lobbing missiles over the border at us? Nothing quite as restrained as what Israel is doing today.

It may not be “proper”, but it was prudent.

And it was “proper” for Iranians to bomb Americans in Iraq at the request of the Iraqi government? Your selective moralization is quite revealing as to your true agenda.

It is not proper to bomb either Russians or Iranians in Syria except upon the request of the Syrian government. Because war has rules or something?
I would have bombed Iran when they first started playing this game of "peaceful atomic energy."
I would have told them "F*** you! You will either dismantle any nuclear research, or we will forceably dismantle it for you!"
Religious fanatics with atomic weapons? This is more insane than M.A.D. was.

"The mere presence of troops...?" You omitted the fact that those partner nations in crime have helped each other to physically attack Israel many times while repeatedly threatening to annihilate the United States and parts of chickens*** Europe.
Your comments are interesting for analysis, though, in light of the overall situation concerning the United States.
