Sex and gender are the SAME, No, they are not.
Gender is a language term. A language may have a dozen genders but there are only two sexes.

A language may have a dozen genders And a language may have 25 words for "Rice", but we are discussing English. As I typed in post 19, look up Gender in an older (American/English) dictionary. There are 3. Or, there were. The progressives have taken control of the language for many, but I don't have to buy into it.

For the left, "gender" is a psychological/spiritual term before it is a language term; it refers to one's inner feelings AT THE MOMENT, regardless of one's biology. They are trying to make the language (pronouns, etc.) correspond to all of the different ways in which people categorize their feelings.
I am not aware of any language that has more than three genders: masculine, feminine, and neuter. Tenses are another matter.
