Every cent given to Sub-Saharan Africa in aid is a cent thrown away. It either gets pocketed by corrupt, kleptocratic government, or, if by some miracle it actually reaches the African masses, the aid only exacerbates their problems by helping them produce more offspring that neither they nor their resources can support.
But hey, all that aid makes the donors feel good about themselves, so I suppose it's alright. I just wish they'd limit it to private charities and keep tax dollars out of it.

AFRICA is giving nothing to anyone outside Africa Not true! Africa gives western liberals great moral certitude and self-righteousness! It gives them the massive narrative of guilt they need to hector and suppress political opponents in their own countries!

Sub-Saharan Africa is the only part of the world that’s still caught in a Malthusian Trap. You improve conditions slightly, you still have the same level of disease and starvation, because the slight improvement leads to a population uptick which takes starvation and disease spread up to the next notch.

Would I be politically incorrect, if I said visiting Africa, is not exactly on my bucket list?

Africa is exporting Africans all over the world, where they bring the African experience to previously non-diversified places.

I am one of those evil people who'd joyously pay NOT to go to either Africa or the Mideast even by total first class travel.

Would I be politically incorrect if I wished that all the self-righteous rich celebrities who get their feels for callng for the mportation of the violent leeches, had to have every one of them shoved up their rear ends, instead of being able to dump them on the rest of us while they live their lives in splendid isolation from the hoi polloi?

You would most assuredly be politically incorrect, but I would certainly agree with you. 😁👍

Blame the Eugenic policies of the West.
Global warming is meme used to push population control.
The poverty that exists is either exacerbated by man or directly imposed by man.
By refusing to help to develop the third world and helping them become self-sufficient, we prolong their poverty.
It would be easy to help them develop their own energy sources, food production, and education.
The simple fact is that current policy is eugenic by design to keep the third world from competing for their own natural resources.

After the trillions in “aid” given already, there hasn’t been any improvement. This goes to ask the question of what the aid is supposed to do. Aid is supposed to help someone get over a troubling period, a problem, but it is obvious the problem is the people themselves.
Africa is a continent rich is resources. They need no help.

If you really want to see Africa you need only to go to certain sections of any large US city after sunset and walk around. You'll be introduced to Africa right quick like.

You'll be introduced to Africa right quick like. I am sure that is right, but one probably wouldnt make it out alive, so, doing that, is not on my bucket list either.
