Without regard to the effectiveness of the S400, the entire world got a read of how willing Russia is to engage US forces directly, even after weeks of threats and bluster. And with modern assets onsite with a treaty partner.

I read last week somewhere that 2 Israeli F-35 fighters flew into Iran and they had no idea the F-35’s were there. I would think the Iranians would have 400’s by now.
