Anyone killed in the commission of a crime is considered murder (at least in Oklahoma - may be the case in other states too). However, in this case the homeowner was deemed justified, so the murder rap goes to her as the remaining participant in that commission of that crime. Since she admitted she was the mastermind of the crime, she is screwed. Her defense attorney can only hope to spare her the death penalty at this point. 8>)

In most places the surviving thugs get charged with murder of the dead thugs.
