Trump's global trade war with China is one that aims to achieve something no other president has attempted: the protection of American technology against pirating by China
The world’s second-largest economy has responded to President Donald Trump’s controversial trade tariffs, according to this morning’s blaring news headlines.
“China’s commerce ministry proposed a list of 128 U.S. products as potential retaliation targets, according to a statement on its website posted Friday morning.” (CNBC, March 22, 2018)
Notice the words used to describe China: “The world’s second-largest economy”.
Even Leslie Marshall, longtime leftwing “commentator” on Fox, said tonight that someone had to stand up to China and she thought Trump was doing the right thing - “let me write that down”, said Bret Bair......
The Chicoms were given, stolen or bought all the technology they need and will keep doing it. America is infested at every level all the way to the top of government, universities and companies. It usually just takes money or other sleazy means.
Now communist China is ever more emboldened and will become even more so in the decade to come. They're military, financial, manufacturing, tech gains have brought them within spitting distance of the United States. In fact, if we were to enter into a major conflict with China (can you spell Taiwan/East-South China seas) we would not fare as well as many parrot.
All about the almighty dollar.
