This whole things is silly from the beginning. If it's campaign contributions it is a matter to be handled by the Federal Election Commission, not a prosecutor. Trump would be guilty of nothing: if his campaign committee accepted illegal foreign contributions they would be required to surrender them and potentially be fined for it. And unlike Obummer Trump didn't need the campaign contributions to fund his election. Any short fall from contributions were made up out of his own pocket. The whole money from the Middle east story has a lot of holes in it.

If they are talking collusion it is not a crime to begin with.

If they are talking conspiracy to hack the DNC or some other illegal act by the Russians within the US: they are a long way from proving anything from this guy unless Nader is suggesting he did the hack or some other illegal act personally based on Trump's personal orders. Beyond that is only hearsay and would be inadmissible. And it defies logic why Trump would use not one but TWO intermediaries from the Middle East to communicate/conspire with the Russians. He's a smart guy; he would send family or a very trusted associate directly to Russia with a cover story and meet/conspire face to face with them. If you are actually knowingly committing a crime you don't enlist unneeded intermediaries to get the job done. And that honestly is so far fetched that the only people who would believe it are bitter Killary supporters who were crying in their beer on election night.
