Employment up! Unemployment down! (Unexpectedly.)
Payrolls rose 313,000 in February, compared with the 205,000 median estimate in a survey of economists, and the two prior months were revised higher by 54,000, Labor Department figures showed Friday.
Women and minorities hardest hit!
Just 6.9 percent of black adults were unemployed in February, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the second-lowest such ratio since the agency has been keeping track.
Hispanic workers, too, are currently enjoying historically low rates of unemployment. At 4.9 percent in February, Hispanic unemployment is just a tenth of a percentage point above the historic low. [I presume we’re talking about legal Hispanic employment]
Not only that, but we’ve finally reversed the downward spiral of the labor participation rate:
An increase in the labor force participation rate to its highest level since September helped keep the headline unemployment number steady, as the number of those counted as not in the workforce tumbled by 653,000 to just over 95 million.
The total counted as "employed" in the household survey surged by 785,000 to a record 155.2 million.
Will this national nightmare never end!?! It’s all good news for America which means it’s all bad news for progressives.

The left is losing its mind. They were able to successfully keep the Black folks down for years, with the tacit approval of Republicans. The left kept Blacks in poverty and told them that they could blame their problems on Whitey, so they wouldn’t have to work. If they would just vote democrat the dems would allow them to keep blaming their failures on Whitey.

Trust me, it ain’t over. Not by a long shot. But we are moving in the right direction.
Actually, we just get up an hour earlier and now have an additional hour of daylight when we get home to enjoy our efforts.
People who don’t like Daylight Savings Time, generally don’t work outdoors.

Is it wrong to suggest anyone who suggest Trump is the worst President ever needs a mental health evaluation or are they just ignorant beings with low IQs. Maybe even both.
Daylight savings time just means it’s dark when I go to work and dark when I go home.
The leftists don't hang around anyone with IQs in the normal or above average range - if they did, they wouldn't be leftists.
Black and Hispanic unemployment are record lows. Manufacturing jobs coming back and growing from inside too. Steel and aluminum workers getting their jobs back after the Trump tariffs. The vast majority of workers getting bigger take-home pay as a result of the Trump tax cuts. Businesses giving tons of bonuses and bringing back their cash stashes from overseas to re-invest in the U.S. and creating jobs that could result in “full-employment” conditions for many years to come.
Yet, the labor unions and the stuck-in-liberal-brainwashing democrats voters still plan to vote democrat. Even if they’re told that democrats are planning to raise taxes again and send their jobs overseas again, those democrat voters are too blind to vote anything but democrat. The indoctrination by the liberals in k-12 has made it very difficult to de-program their voters.
