She lied, got caught, admitted it. Two choices: Take the criticism and move on or quit. She chose the latter. No problem, she’s got a long career and lots of choices in front of her. Maybe time for family, she is 29.

Concur. She also needs to better consider her choices of romantic partners — forego liaisons with wife beaters (Porter) and married men (Lewandoski).

Mercedes Schlapp is a good choice for WH Comms Director, although that position has the half life of a fruit fly in the Trump admin.

WTF, she never lied about anything. She just didn’t want to get caught in a technical perjury trap and go to jail for “lying” to Congress. So she outright said she made white lies. Not real lies like Hilary, Obama and all of their minions who have gotten off scott free. She saw all the guys pleading guilty to lying to the FBI for nothing and she was smart enough to realize someone could go after her for saying, “I never lied about anything”.

Bullcrap she lied about anything. And she was not forced from office either. She was burned out after 3 years and she has planned to leave anyway. The timing had nothing to do with her testimony. She ALREADY planned to leave.
