If the owners of this site have a place for bloggers I think they've decided they're ok with it.

You seem to be the one with the problem.

#metoo...
Single dad, wife bailed, get no child support, nothing!
Diet, I’m happy to be eating
Exercise, I work heavy construction
All I do is work and sleep

I think single fathers have to work twice as hard to be both dad and mom. Same for single mothers except women statistically tend to live longer than men.

That’s why families are so important. Men and women have different roles to play in the rearing of children. When they work together they share the workload and support each other. It’s like two plow horses that are yoked together. They can carry a heavier load and get more done.

My advice is to seek a mate and re-establish a family environment in which to raise the children. I know it’s easier said than done. But if you really love your children you should try for their sake.

How can you tell whether or not they are single fathers?

Well, no wedding ring is the first step.

I was raised by my father. He did cook fairly good. We had a limited menu. I remember pork chops a lot. Lots of large pots of beans (pintos, butter beans, great northern) and cornbread. Vegetables were primarily potatoes, kale, onions, corn, and tomatoes. I learned how to make the very best chili and gravies from him. I learned to make cakes and biscuits from scratch experimenting and reading labels. We did pretty good.

I think his health was always good because he didn’t take a bunch of ‘preventative med’ pills. He avoided docs like the plague. He never trusted them. Then when he went to a couple for some minor things they would always ask what he is taking because he was so healthy. The only time he got really sick was from some medicines they placed him on. Then later a couple bouts with pneumonia.

I thank God for every day I have him in my life.

I suspect that many “single” fathers are homosexuals...since its all the rage nowadays for men to be mommies and daddies rolled all in one...
