"As it prevails here, the Comey Memos, at least for now, will remain in the hands of the Special Counsel and not the public," U.S. District Judge James Boasberg in Washington said Friday in a public-records suit.

Despite all the ranting you see on the other thread about this story, the judge made the right decision in this case. There's no compelling reason why these documents should be released under Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request while there's still an ongoing investigation. That's like demanding to get documents from a prosecutor in a criminal case while the jury is deliberating the charges.

He’s a FISA court judge...already tainted and appointed by a Dem...needs to recuse himself.
