That doesn’t tell the true story though. About a year ago or so I paid $2/gallon. There needs to be:
1. No more seasonal gas formulation changes.
2. More refining capacity.

Oh, I don't dispute that, HOWEVER it's our states that are gouging us, not necessarily the gasoline producers. 50-cents per gallon in PA!
