Remember “ALL THIS” was after Jeff Sessions recused himself from so-called Russian Interference in 2016 election. After media hound dogs turned up some lies of his testimony (I still need to check on this).

After Sessions is removed, Rosenstein then was able to hire his own buddy Mueller as Special Counsel for Russia Investigation, the whole CYA operation farce started.
